The Conference Zone Chooses Polished Rock As Their Virtual Platform Provider

The Conference Zone have chosen Polished Rock as their virtual event platform provider and have delivered their first event.

The Conference Zone is the brainchild of entrepreneur Graham Knight and is a specialist provider of virtual conferences, exhibitions and webinars for the NHS and UK healthcare sector. Following a comprehensive selection process, The Conference Zone have chosen Polished Rock as its technical partner.

Using the same technology we have developed for Virtual Sales Tools, like Virtual Showrooms, we have created a flexible virtual events platform that will be used by The Conference Zone for all events.

The virtual events platform includes:

⁃ User journey and user interface designed specifically to be quick and easy to use, even for non-tech savvy attendees.

⁃ Bespoke 3D virtual environment, with stylised exhibition arena, with NHS and event branding.

⁃ Conference theatre with live stream of conference sessions.

⁃ Break-out rooms for interactive breakout sessions.

⁃ Branded exhibition stands with exhibitor information and multi-media content.

⁃ Live video and text chat.

⁃ Delivered online, compatible with desktop and mobile.

⁃ Option for attending in virtual reality.

The Conference Zone successfully delivered their first event in June 2021, a regional NHS event with over 100 attendees. The event was a huge success, with overwhelmingly positive feedback from attendees.
