Who Are IWS

IWS Group is a growing family of market-leading product brands, manufacturers and service companies, providing essential services and supplies to the logistics, material handling and other industrial sectors across Europe and beyond.

The Problem

IWS and their brands provide a wide range of products and services for the workplace, to distributors and resellers. Showing the full range to customers was difficult, and IWS needed a way of demonstrating how their products and services provide solutions throughout the entire workplace, in a way that was engaging and informative.

The Solution

We worked with IWS to create an interactive Virtual Showroom sales enablement tool. It features a workplace environment consisting of a reception, meeting room, office, warehouse, carpark and loading bay. Products are placed throughout the environment, taking the user on a journey that explains the product ranges and services on offer, and how they apply in different scenarios. The user is able to see individual products in detail, with interactive 3D models, image galleries, videos and technical specifications.  It’s powered by a dynamic CMS, allowing for real-time updates. IWS use the application for sales meetings (online and face-to-face), on their website and even in virtual reality at events and exhibitions.
